If you've recently added a new property or want to track multiple units, this guide is for you!
Please note: If you're subscribed through a partner like RentRedi or TurboTenant, the new property or unit has to be added on their platform first so the flow of information will then come over to REI Hub.
Adding Properties in REI Hub
If you're subscribed to REI Hub through RentRedi or TurboTenant, you need to add properties in their platforms first so the information will then flow into REI Hub.
If you're subscribed directly through REI Hub, you can go to the Portfolio tab on the left side menu, click Properties, and then click Add Property in the top right corner.
Adding Units in REI Hub
If you're subscribed to REI Hub through RentRedi or TurboTenant, you need to add units to the properties listed in their platforms first so the information will then flow into REI Hub.
In REI Hub directly, if this is a single-unit property, you can visit your property dashboard and click the Edit button in the upper right-hand corner. Then, click the toggle from "single-unit" to "multi-unit" and click Save in the bottom right-hand corner.
To add additional units to your property, you can visit the property dashboard of the one you'd like to adjust and click on the "view all units" hyperlink. From there, you will be able to add additional units in the upper right-hand corner.
