If you are subscribed directly to REI Hub, please see the instructions below for updating your payment information.

If you are subscribed to REI Hub via one of our property management partners (such as TurboTenant or RentRedi) then you will need to update your payment information in their system. TurboTenant and RentRedi resell the REI Hub software and set their own pricing and manage subscription and billing in their system, and not in REI Hub's.

REI Hub's pricing is based on the number of units, or doors, in your portfolio (essentially, reportable items or classes). So a six-unit apartment complex is counted as six units, a single-family home is one unit, a duplex is two units, etc. We have four pricing tiers:

  • Essentials: this encompasses up to 3 units for $15 per month

  • Growth: this encompasses up to 10 units for $25 per month

  • Investor: this encompasses up to 20 units for $45 per month

  • Professional: this encompasses unlimited units for $80 per month

If you want to subscribe through one of our rent collection partners, like RentRedi or TurboTenant, they set their own pricing tiers to accommodate the integrated information.

If you're a current subscriber directly to REI Hub and you'd like to update your payment information from monthly to annually, please reach out to a representative of our customer support team for further assistance.

To Cancel Your REI Hub Free Trial

Every REI Hub direct subscription has a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. If you choose not to move forward with REI Hub, your free trial will simply end at the end of the 14-day free trial. The trial expired, and you did not subscribe or enter any payment info. You will have access to anything you entered during the 14-day window.

To Cancel Your REI Hub Subscription

You can cancel your direct REI Hub direct subscription at any time. To do so, navigate to the right side menu (click on the three horizontal lines in the upper right corner of your screen) and then click on the Subscription page.

From there, you will be able to update your payment method, adjust your plan, or cancel your subscription.

Additionally, you can turn off auto-renewal for your subscription from the Subscription page. This will stop your subscription from automatically renewing at the end of its billing cycle while still allowing you full access to REI Hub services through the remainder of your paid term.

If your subscription lapses due to a missed payment or expired card, you can easily reactivate your account. Reactivation involves updating your payment method within REI Hub or through a linked platform such as RentRedi or TurboTenant, ensuring all your financial data and records remain intact.

If you purchased your REI Hub subscription via a property management partner of TurboTenant or RentRedi, you will need to cancel in their site, as they manage your subscription and billing details.
