To Update Your Subscription

1) Click the 'Update Subscription Plan' button

2) Select the subscription plan from the list dropdown

  • REI Hub's pricing is based on the number of units, or doors, in your portfolio (essentially, reportable items or classes). So a six-unit apartment complex is counted as six units, a single-family home is one unit, a duplex is two units, etc.

  • We have four pricing tiers:

    • Essentials: this encompasses up to 3 units for $15 per month

    • Growth: this encompasses up to 10 units for $25 per month

    • Investor: this encompasses up to 20 units for $45 per month

    • Professional: this encompasses unlimited units for $80 per month

3) Click 'Update' to confirm

  • When updating your subscription, you will receive a prorated credit for any time remaining on your existing subscription plan, and your billing cycle will be reset to today's date.

  • If you add new properties or units, the system will automatically update you to the next subscription tier.
