Updating your payment information
To update your payment information or subscription:
1) Open the right side menu
Click the three horizontal lines in the upper right corner next to your Portfolio name.
2) Click on Subscription
3) Click the 'Update Payment Method' button:
At this time, Subscription changes need to be processed by REI Hub. Contact us to change your Subscription.
4) Choose your new Payment Method - Credit/Debit Card or ACH
- Credit and Debit Cards will simply ask for the card number, expiration date, and CVC.
- Selecting ACH allows you to choose your bank account and authorize payment via Plaid.
5) Follow the prompts to enter and submit payment information
