Updating your payment information
To update your payment information or subscription:
1) Open the right-side menu
Click the three horizontal lines in the upper right corner next to your portfolio name.
2) Click on Subscription
3) Click the 'Update Payment Method' button:
At this time, subscription changes need to be processed by REI Hub. Contact us to change your subscription.
4) Choose your new Payment Method - Credit/Debit Card or ACH
- Credit and debit cards will simply ask for the card number, expiration date, and CVC.
- Selecting ACH allows you to choose your bank account and authorize payment via Plaid.
5) Follow the prompts to enter and submit payment information
