1) Open the right side menu
- Click the three horizontal lines in the upper right corner next to your Portfolio name.
2) Click on Subscription
3) Click the 'Update Payment Method' button:
- At this time, Subscription changes need to be processed by REI Hub. Contact us to change your Subscription.
4) Choose your new Payment Method - Credit/Debit Card or ACH
- Credit and Debit Cards will simply ask for the card number, expiration date, and CVC.
- Selecting ACH allows you to choose your bank account and authorize payment via Plaid:
5) Follow the prompts to enter and submit payment information
6) Contact us with any questions!
- You can submit a ticket through the Knowledge Base, when you're logged into your account via Contact Us, or just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
